St Mary’s Rest Garden pleasantly situates this central Nottingham accommodation. Yet for days with restrictive weather, students in this Crown Student Living accommodation have a host of indoor facilities, with activities ranging from table tennis to karaoke and cinema rooms. Deanestor provided bespoke fitted furniture solutions for students to relax in their rooms, after enjoying the activities the facility has to offer.

The bespoke furniture solutions Deanestor provided included;

• Beds with integrated drawers to optimise storage.
• Wardrobes with integrated internal mirrors.
• Desks with 3-drawer pedestals, cable ports and upstands to protect the wall.
• Boxed bookcases.
• Fabric-wrapped noticeboards.
• Coat hooks.
• Mattresses and mattress protectors.

These rooms varied in number per apartment, from individual studio spaces to 11-bed shared duplex apartments, offering a varied range of accommodation for prospective residents to choose from.

Throughout the scheme, Deanestor worked closely with the architectural and design teams to fulfil the client brief. This allowed Deanestor to optimise room layouts and designs to offer solutions in line with FF&E specifications for a high-quality aesthetic.
